The Colony Park was Mercury's flagship station wagon, sold from the 1957 to the 1991 model years and distinguished by simulated wood grain paneling. After the demise of Edsel it shared bodywork with Ford as the counterpart of the Country Squire, and from 1969 it was the sole full size Mercury wagon. It ended when the Grand Marquis dropped its wagon body for 1992. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 6 generations: the first generation (1957 to 1958); the second generation (1959 to 1960); the third generation (1961 to 1964); the fourth generation (1965 to 1968); the fifth generation (1969 to 1978); the sixth generation (1979 to 1991).
