For 1967 passenger capacity of the Colony Park was expanded, as sideways facing third row seats were added as an option. Fresh air ventilation was introduced through channels integrated into the D pillar, allowing ventilation with the rear window retracted and helping to keep the rear window clear in bad weather when it was up. The exterior was revised following Lincoln Continental styling updates, and the Park Lane coupe and convertible got yacht deck paneling as an option.
