Mercury Colony Park (fifth generation)

Automobiles

With the 1969 redesign Ford folded its station wagons into the nameplates of their sedan counterparts, which made the Colony Park part of the Marquis line. It rode the 121 inch wheelbase of the Country Squire and LTD, and only it had concealed headlight covers and simulated woodgrain panels. This generation was the longest and heaviest wagon Mercury ever sold. Its model years run from 1969 to 1978.
