Ford Taunus (TC2 and TC3)

Automobiles

The Taunus TC2 of 1976 and TC3 of 1979 were almost identical to the Cortina Mk IV and Mk V apart from regional variations, with the Taunus ending in Europe in 1982 when the Sierra replaced it. Argentina built it from 1974 to 1984, and Otosan in Turkey, from 1985, made its own version until 1994. Its model years run from 1976 to 1994. The Taunus was the family car of Ford Germany, sold under the 12M, 15M, 17M, 20M and 26M names over several generations.
