The Sumo was a Subaru cabover microvan built from 1983 to 1998, called the Domingo in Japan, the Libero in most of Europe, the Columbuss in Sweden, the Combi in Belgium and the Estratto in Taiwan. It was a Sambar with longer bumpers and a larger three cylinder engine borrowed from the Justy, so it did not meet kei car rules. It offered selectable four wheel drive in the first generation, and from 1994 full time four wheel drive with a continuously variable transmission. The Forester and later the Exiga took over its market. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 2 generations: the first generation (1983 to 1992); the second generation (1993 to 1998).
