The MKZ was Lincoln's mid size luxury sedan, launched for the 2006 model year as the Zephyr and renamed MKZ for 2007, built at Ford's Hermosillo plant in Mexico from August 2005 to 2020. It was engineered with the Ford Fusion and Mercury Milan, added Lincoln's first hybrid in 2011, was redesigned for 2013 on the CD4 platform shared with the Fusion and Mondeo, and was sold in China from 2015. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 2 generations: the first generation (2006 to 2012); the second generation (2013 to 2020).
