Ford Fusion (Americas)

Automobiles

The Fusion was Ford's mid size sedan for North America and much of Latin America for the 2006 to 2020 model years, built in Hermosillo, Mexico, and sold in gasoline, hybrid and plug in hybrid forms. It replaced the Taurus and the Contour in the United States and Canada, shared its platform with the Mercury Milan and Lincoln MKZ, and in its second generation became the American twin of the European Mondeo. It was phased out as Ford dropped most sedans. The small European Fusion is a different car with its own page. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 2 generations: the first generation (2006 to 2012); the second generation (2013 to 2020).
