The NSX is the mid-engine sports car that Honda sold under the Acura name in North America and Hong Kong. The first generation went on sale in November 1990 with a 3.0 litre VTEC V6 behind the seats, an aluminium body and handling guidance from Ayrton Senna, and it was built until 2005. A second generation, a twin-turbo hybrid with three electric motors, was assembled in Marysville, Ohio for the 2017 to 2022 model years. The same cars wore the Honda badge in Japan and several other markets, and those Honda pages are separate from these. Generations with their own pages on this site: the first generation (1991 to 2005 model years); the second generation (2017 to 2022 model years).
