The 2000 model year was the last in which the NSX was sold in Canada, since Canadian sales ended in that year while United States sales continued for five more. In the United States the car remained the NSX-T with the 3.2 litre V6 and six-speed manual or the four-speed automatic with its 3.0 litre engine. The Honda NSX was not a mass seller, with only about 18,000 built by mid-2005 over fifteen years.
