Mazda3 (third generation)

The third generation Mazda3 was revealed in Australia on 26 June 2013 as a 2014 model and sat on the new Skyactiv chassis, no longer on the Ford C1 platform. It was the third Mazda to use the Kodo design language, after the CX-5 and the Mazda6, and the first Mazda3 made by Mazda independently of Ford. The sedan had a drag coefficient of 0.26. North America got 2.0 and 2.5 liter Skyactiv engines, and a facelift with the BN code came in August 2016. Its model years run from 2013 to 2018.
