Ford Laser (KJ/KL/KM)

Automobiles

The fourth generation, the BHA in Japan, was the first Laser built entirely in Japan, replacing the Australian production that closed in 1994. It brought the Lynx three door and Liata five door names, with facelifts in December 1996 and December 1997, but it sold badly against cheaper Korean rivals. Its model years run from 1994 to 1998. The Laser was a Ford badged version of the Mazda Familia, and it was one of the smaller cars in the Ford range of that period.
