The Toyota Sprinter Trueno is a series of compact sports coupes and liftbacks that Toyota produced from 1972 to 2000, in Japan exclusive to Toyota Auto Store locations. Trueno is Spanish for thunder. Its twin, the Toyota Corolla Levin, was produced in parallel and was exclusive to Toyota Corolla Store locations, and levin is Middle English for lightning.
