Holden Monaro

Automobiles

The Monaro was a front engine rear drive Holden coupe built with a two door body from 1968 to 1976 and again from 2001 to 2006, and as a four door sedan from 1973 to 1979, in three generations that were sold abroad as the Chevrolet SS in South Africa and, in its last generation, as the Pontiac GTO, the Vauxhall Monaro and the Chevrolet Lumina Coupe. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 3 generations: the first generation, 1968 to 1971 (1968 to 1971); the second generation, 1971 to 1979 (1971 to 1979); the third generation, 2001 to 2006 (2001 to 2006).
