The Vivio was Subaru's kei car from March 1992 to October 1998, replacing the Rex of the 1970s and superseded by the Pleo. It was offered as a three or five door hatchback, with a two door targa top variant called the T-top, and used a 658 cc four cylinder Clover engine. The top RX-R version carried a twin cam sixteen valve engine, and the car was also sold in many European markets. Its model years run from 1992 to 1998.
