The B-Max had a single generation, built on the global B platform of the Fiesta and first shown as a concept at the 2011 Geneva show. It was launched at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February 2012, with production from June at Craiova in Romania. Studio, Zetec and Titanium trims were offered, and it was never facelifted. Its model years run from 2012 to 2017. The B-Max was a mini people carrier built on the same global B platform as the Ford Fiesta, and Ford sold it across Europe.
