Mitsubishi Pajero (first generation)

Automobiles

The first generation Pajero made its debut at the Tokyo Motor Show in October 1981 and was launched in May 1982 with a design close to its concept, the Pajero II shown in 1979, officially replacing the Mitsubishi Jeep. It came as a short wheelbase three door and from February 1983 a long wheelbase five door, with 2.6 liter petrol, 2.0 liter turbo and diesel engines, later a 3.0 liter V6. Dodge sold it as the Raider from 1987 to 1989. Its model years run from 1982 to 1990.
