Toyota Starlet (second generation, P60)

Automobiles

The 60 series, introduced in February 1978, was better known than its predecessor because it was the first Starlet extensively sold outside Japan. The Van arrived in October 1978, the same time that the 1.2 liter KP62 became available in most export markets. The Starlet was facelifted in 1980 to include square headlights and again in 1983 with a slant nose, and the three door KP61 was sold in the United States for the 1981 through 1984 model years.
