The Barina was a subcompact that Holden sold in Oceania between 1985 and 2018, six generations that were each a badge engineered version of another General Motors vehicle, first the Suzuki Cultus, then the Opel Corsa, then the Daewoo Kalos and the second generation Chevrolet Aveo, its name an Australian aboriginal word meaning summit. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 6 generations: the first generation, MB and ML, 1985 to 1988 (1985 to 1988); the second generation, MF and MH, 1989 to 1994 (1989 to 1994); the third generation, SB, 1994 to 2000 (1994 to 2000); the fourth generation, XC, 2001 to 2005 (2001 to 2005); the fifth generation, TK, 2006 to 2011 (2006 to 2011); the sixth generation, TM, 2011 to 2018 (2011 to 2018).
