Eagle Summit (first generation)

Automobiles

The first Summit was a badge engineered Mitsubishi Mirage that went on sale in August 1988 as a sedan with a 1.5 liter four cylinder engine, with a sportier 1.6 liter option, and it was noted for generous rear legroom and an interior volume that classed it as a compact in a field of subcompacts. A two door hatchback was added in 1991. It was imported from Japan at first. Its model years run from 1989 to 1992.
