The RSX is the Acura-badged name for the fourth-generation Integra in North America. It went on sale in the summer of 2001 to take over from the long-running Integra, as part of Acura's change from names such as Integra and Legend to letter codes, and it was sold through the 2006 model year in a base version and a faster Type-S. The same car was a Honda Integra in Japan and Australia, where the Acura brand did not exist. When Honda stopped building it, the TSX became Acura's entry-level car and the Civic Si covered the sporty compact end of the market.
