In 2003 the RSX was in its second year on sale and was again named to the Car and Driver 10Best list. The two versions carried over unchanged, the base model with its 160 horsepower engine and the Type-S with the 200 horsepower engine, both of which were sold as a left-hand-drive version of the Japanese Honda Integra. The nearby TSX sedan, which replaced the Integra sedan, was introduced as a 2004 model, so 2003 was the last year without it.
