1997 Toyota Carina

Automobiles

In 1997 a Limited model with a few extra features was introduced, known as the GT Pierna, on the seventh generation Carina. The so called Avensis replaced the European Carina range in 1997, ending the Carina E in Europe after the car had been made at Burnaston since December 1992. It was model year 2 of 4 in the Toyota Carina (seventh generation, T210), 1996 to 2001, coming after the 1996 model year and before the 1998 model year. Model year pages for the Toyota Carina run from 1970 to 2001.
