1958 Plymouth Belvedere

Automobiles

The Belvedere returned as a top level trim for 1958 for the last time, with styling that continued the 1957 look, and a 350 cubic inch big block V8 with dual four barrel carburetors, called Golden Commando, was optional on all models. The convertible was available only in the Belvedere between 1956 and 1958. The 1957 and 1958 Belvedere two door hardtop became famous through the 1983 film Christine, whose red car was supposedly built in 1957 and 1958.
