Toyota Aygo (second generation, AB40)

Automobiles

Toyota revealed a completely redesigned Aygo at the Geneva show in March 2014 with the slogan go fun yourself. Its design was attributed to Japanese youth culture and inspired by the manga robot Astro Boy and an egg in a box, aimed at younger drivers and at greater customization. Production began on 27 May 2014 and a refreshed car with a new front bumper, headlights, tail lights and engine was unveiled at Geneva in March 2018. Production ended in 2021 and the Aygo X took over.
