Mazda Titan

Trucks and Commercial Road Vehicles

The Mazda Titan is a line of commercial trucks that Mazda has built since 1971. It followed the two-ton Mazda E2000, which Mazda introduced in January 1964 as its entry to the mid-sized truck class. The first Titan was a tilt-cab truck with a 2.5-litre diesel engine, and a 2.0-litre petrol four-cylinder was also offered; its chassis was shared with the Parkway minibus. Export markets knew it as the Mazda T-series, as the Ford Trader in Australia and, built under licence, as the Kia Titan in South Korea. The fourth generation was the last 1.5 to 4 tonne Titan that Mazda developed itself, and from the fifth generation in 2004 the Titan has been a rebadged Isuzu Elf.
