Jeepster Commando (C101)

Automobiles

Kaiser Jeep revived the Jeepster name with limited resources, reusing tooling from the 1948 Willys Jeepster and the 101 inch wheelbase chassis of the CJ 6 to compete with the International Scout and Ford Bronco. It had four wheel drive as standard, a Hurricane four cylinder engine and a popular optional Dauntless V6, and three trim levels. American Motors continued it after buying Jeep in 1970. Its model years run from 1967 to 1971.
