The Jimmy was the compact and later mid size GMC SUV, called the S-15 Jimmy at first, the rebadged counterpart of the Chevrolet S-10 Blazer, built on the S-15 and Sonoma pickup truck and sold in two generations after 1983, with the S-15 prefix dropped for 1992 when GMC's full size Jimmy became the Yukon. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 2 generations: the first generation, 1983 to 1994 (1983 to 1994); the second generation, 1995 to 2005 (1995 to 2005).
