Ford Granada (North America) (second generation)

Automobiles

For 1981 Ford introduced a second generation Granada on the Fox chassis, moving the line into the mid size segment while shrinking it, with an inch shorter body, a wheelbase four inches shorter and about 300 pounds less weight. It was sold as a two door and four door sedan and, for 1982, a five door wagon. The Granada name was withdrawn for 1983 in a realignment of the Ford and Mercury lines, and the car became the Ford LTD. Its model years run from 1981 to 1982.
