The last phase of the non-letter 300 began in 1969, the first year of fuselage styling, with a choice of the 440 and the more powerful 440 TNT. Concealed headlamps stayed a 300 trademark until 1971. A Hurst 300, taking a cue from Oldsmobile, was offered in 1970 in Spinnaker White with Satin Tan trim and a leather interior borrowed from the Imperial, powered by the 375 horsepower 440 TNT, as a limited edition of 485 cars. The convertible ended in 1971, when Chrysler stopped building convertibles across its lineup. Its model years run from 1969 to 1971.
