The Vigor was a compact luxury sedan that Honda sold in North America from June 1991 as a 1992 model, between the Integra and the Legend in the Acura lineup. It was the American version of the third-generation Honda Vigor, but longer and wider than the Japanese car so that it could carry a 2.5 litre longitudinal five-cylinder engine. It came in LS and GS trims. Reviewers liked it less than the roomier Lexus ES 300, and after weak sales production ended in May 1994 and the Acura TL took over for 1996. Generations with their own pages on this site: the first generation (1992 to 1994 model years).
