The seventh generation Subaru Outback was revealed on 16 April 2025 and went on sale in North America in late 2025 for the 2026 model year, so the sixth generation was in its last model year in 2025. The Subaru Outback continued, while the Legacy sedan ended in 2025. Most versions of the Outback wagon have had all wheel drive as standard equipment. The raised suspension of the Outback provides a minimum ground clearance of 8.7 inches.
