2023 BMW 2 Series

Automobiles

Sales of the G87 M2 began in 2023, the second generation of the high performance 2 Series coupe. The standard G42 2 Series coupe continued to be built at the San Luis Potosi plant in Mexico, which was the first BMW vehicle designed by BMW of Mexico. The year thus gave the second generation a performance model to match the F87 of the earlier generation. It was in this year that the M2 and the 2 Series coupe were both on sale from the San Luis Potosi plant.
