Automobiles

The G42 2 Series coupe continued in 2024 as the rear wheel drive member of the 2 Series family, built at San Luis Potosi in Mexico since September 2021. It was sold in 230i and M240i forms, with the M2 as its high performance version. The other 2 Series cars, the Active Tourer and the Gran Coupe, were front wheel drive models based on the UKL2 platform. It was the third full model year of the second generation, the rear wheel drive coupe in a family that was otherwise front wheel drive.
