2022 BMW 2 Series

In October 2022 BMW revealed the second generation of the high performance M2, the G87, with sales beginning in 2023. The 2022 year was the first full year of the G42 2 Series coupe, produced in San Luis Potosi, a car that kept to the rear wheel drive layout of the first generation and sold in 230i and M240i forms. It was also the first year of the G87 M2 reveal, giving the G42 range its high performance variant in the same year.
