The 2013 model brought a facelift of the Outback with minor updates on the exterior and interior. An unrelated Legacy based sports tourer wagon, the Subaru Levorg, was shown in 2013 and first sold in 2014. The 2013 Outback was the fourth model year of the fourth generation. The Legacy prefix was dropped internationally. Most versions of the Outback wagon have had all wheel drive as standard equipment.
