In 2004 Toyota ceased production of the Hilux truck for the Japanese market, though it remained in production for export markets for a few years. The seventh generation started production in Thailand during August 2004 as part of the IMV program. This was the first model year of the Toyota Hilux (seventh generation, AN10, AN20 and AN30), 2004 to 2014, which took over from the Toyota Hilux (sixth generation, N140, N150, N160, N170 and N190); the 2005 model year follows it. Model year pages for the Toyota Hilux run from 1968 to 2026.
