2000 Toyota Camry Solara

Automobiles

In 2000 the convertible was introduced, effectively replacing the Celica convertible in Toyota's North American lineup. The SE and SLE convertibles were built as semi finished coupes shipped to an American Sunroof Company facility where the roofs were removed and convertible tops installed. It was model year 2 of 3 in the Toyota Camry Solara (first generation, XV20), 1999 to 2003, coming after the 1999 model year and before the 2001 model year. Model year pages for the Toyota Camry Solara run from 1999 to 2008.
