1998 Mazda Demio

In March 1998 the Demio set its first monthly sales record since its launch, 14,249 cars, and on 18 May the cumulative production reached 200,000. A partial improvement on 8 September, the mid model, refreshed the inside and outside and the equipment and improved the ride with the suspension, and the wheelchair transport Demio i went on sale from the mid model. The 1.3 LX Limited and 1.5 GL Limited special editions followed in December.
