The Corona FF was introduced in January 1983 as a five door liftback with the carburetted 1.8 liter 1S-LU four cylinder, and a four door sedan was added in October 1983. It became the first Japanese made car with digital color liquid crystal gauges, and Corona hatchback was dropped in Australia in 1983 in favor of the Camry. It was model year 2 of 5 in the Toyota Corona (seventh generation, T140, T150 and T160), 1982 to 1986, coming after the 1982 model year and before the 1984 model year. Model year pages for the Toyota Corona run from 1957 to 2001.
