In 1983 the Mark II Granada was in its penultimate full year, with the facelift introduced in September 1981 and a range running from the 2.0 liter four to the 2.8 liter fuel injected V6. It had been a strong seller in Britain and remained one of the executive cars sold by Ford of Europe until the arrival of the third generation, a rebadged Scorpio, in 1985. In Korea the Granada was still assembled by Hyundai and sold there until 1986.
