1974 Mazda 323

Automobiles

The passenger version of the Kia built Brisa, originally the Brisa S-1000, was added in October 1974, based on a Mazda design. In Japan the third generation Familia Presto continued after its announcement in September 1973 as a rear wheel drive small car in saloon and coupe forms, alongside the wagon and pickup, and the first generation of the 1.3 liter engine appeared, as the export market for the Familia grew. Kia built the Brisa from Mazda's design, its first exports starting in 1975.
