The 1970 F-85 and Cutlass were available in seven body styles, and counting all trim level and body style permutations, Oldsmobile's 1970 lineup included 15 different intermediate models. With General Motors tossing out the 400 cubic inch limit for intermediates, the 4-4-2 now came standard with the 455 cubic inch Rocket V8, and the Oldsmobile Rallye 350, a value priced high performance model, was a 1970 only offering.
