1961 Plymouth Savoy

Automobiles

The styling for 1961 was a year that most beholders would agree was hit with the ugly stick, because of the odd chromed eyelashes on the front, a reputation that applied to the Savoy as well as the rest of the 1961 Plymouths. The Savoy remained Plymouth's entry level full size model, sold to fleet buyers such as taxi companies and police departments as well as to private buyers wanting a roomy economical car.
