1926 Morris Cowley

Automobiles

The Bullnose radiator was replaced by a more conventional flat radiator on new cars announced on 11 September 1926, and the new Cowley had doors on both sides and a longer list of standard accessories. The chassis was new and the suspension was updated with semi elliptic leaf springs all round and Smiths friction type scissor shock absorbers. The Cowley kept rear brakes only as standard, unlike the Oxford.
