1993 Mazda 626

Automobiles

The 626 was built by AutoAlliance International at Flat Rock, Michigan for the 1993 model year, the first American built 626. The article contrasts it with the 1993 to 1997 version of its forerunner, saying most car reviews found the 1993 to 1997 car bland with softer handling and fewer features. A facelifted version of the previous generation continued to be built by Samcor in South Africa until 1993. The GE series had no station wagon in its lineup.
