Starting with the 1995 second generation the large Blazer was rebranded as the Chevrolet Tahoe, and the mid size SUVs were simply called the Blazer and the Jimmy. The Jimmy was sold in Canada until the 2005 model year, and the more upscale GMC Envoy appeared in 1998. Its model years run from 1995 to 2005. The second generation Jimmy sold beside the Chevrolet Blazer until the Envoy and TrailBlazer replaced them.
