Acura ILX (first generation)

Automobiles

The ILX was shown as a concept at the 2012 Detroit show and in production form at the Chicago show, with mass production beginning on April 23, 2012 in Greensburg, Indiana, and US sales from May 22, 2012. It was never offered in Japan. The first cars had a 2.0 litre of 150 horsepower with a five-speed automatic, a 201 horsepower 2.4 litre with a six-speed manual, or a hybrid, which was Acura's first. The 2016 facelift limited the range to the 2.4 litre with an eight-speed dual-clutch.
