The 2015 ILX no longer included the hybrid, which was dropped in July 2014 after poor sales, leaving the 150 horsepower 2.0 litre with five-speed automatic and the 201 horsepower 2.4 litre with six-speed manual. About 4 percent of the ILXs sold in 2013 to 2015 had manual transmissions. The refreshed 2016 ILX was unveiled in November 2014 and went on sale in February 2015, so the facelifted car arrived during this model year.
