Vauxhall Insignia

Automobiles

The Insignia was sold in Britain as the Vauxhall Insignia, the British name of the Opel Insignia that replaced the Vectra nameplate in 2008, a large family car in two generations on the Epsilon II platform, the first a liftback and Sports Tourer estate, the second developed wholly by General Motors but built under licence after Opel went to PSA, and dropped from the Vauxhall range in 2022. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 2 generations: the first generation, G09, 2009 to 2016 (2009 to 2016); the second generation, Z18, 2017 to 2022 (2017 to 2022).
