Rambler American

Automobiles

The Rambler American was a compact car that American Motors Corporation produced from 1958 until 1969, in three generations. It was among the lowest priced cars built in the United States, earned popularity for its low cost of ownership, and its final model year, 1969, was the last automobile to carry the historic Rambler name in the United States and Canada. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 3 generations: the first generation (1958 to 1960); the second generation (1961 to 1963); the third generation (1964 to 1969).
